Broadcast Pix Adds New Support Manager, Operations Director
Broadcast Pix announced that it has hired Bob Poucel as support manager and promoted Lisa Trabucco to director of operations and human resources. They will both work from the Broadcast Pix main office near Boston.
Broadcast Pix announced that it has hired Bob Poucel as support manager and promoted Lisa Trabucco to director of operations and human resources. They will both work from the Broadcast Pix main office near Boston.
Prior to joining Broadcast Pix, Trabucco was the second employee in a start-up and helped it grow to 600 employees, managing its operations and human resource functions.
Trabucco brought on Poucel, an industry veteran who served as senior customer support manager and manager of educational services at Avid Technology. He has also worked at MITRE Corp., and most recently was a technical support manager for IBM.
“Broadcast Pix puts our customers first, and that means providing the best customer support and operations in the business,” said Ken Swanton, president of Broadcast Pix, in a statement. “Lisa has the management ability and Bob has the depth in our industry to help keep our customers productive.”
