Green Mixer-Amps: Radio Design Labs HD Series
The RDL HD series of high-efficiency amplifiers have internal processors that monitor usage demands to shut down internal circuitry for maximum power conservation.
Radio Design Labs is shipping the first in its new HD series 35W mixer-amplifiers. The RDL HD series of high-efficiency amplifiers have internal low-power-consumption processors that monitor usage demands to completely shut down internal circuitry for maximum power conservation and low long-term operating costs. The Class-D amps draw less than 1W of main power while in standby mode and automatically turn on when an audio input signal is detected. The HD-MA35U/A (pictured) is a four-input mixer-amplifier; the HD-PA35U/A is a single-input amplifier; and the HD-RA35U/A is a four-input remote-controlled mixer amplifier. All models are available with either a 4/8-Ohm or constant-voltage (25V, 70V, or 100V) output. 800-281-2683. www.rdlnet.com. Booth 609.
