The new Marshall Lynx Series includes six monitors ranging from 10 to 26 inches and both 4:3 and 16:9 formats. Company officials say the Lynx family gives users wide viewing angles and clear monitoring in either bright or dimly lit environments.
Designed for a variety applications, including general AV playback, public view monitoring, inspection, and surveillance, the Marshall Lynx Series supports up to 1920×1080 resolution. The monitors are PAL- and NTSC-compatible, and include a user-friendly on-screen display and low-profile design. Models over 10 inches come with stereo speakers.
The Lynx series comes with advanced video features such as dynamic noise reduction, which removes unwanted artifacts in video material, and 2D or 3D comb filter technology, which minimizes ghosting in motion video. The monitors offer universal inputs to support a variety of applications, including BNC, YPbPr, VGA, DVI and S-Video.
All Lynx monitors are equipped with a rugged housing and for use in high-traffic public areas. Pricing ranges from $379 to $1,449.
