TC Electronic has come out with standalone, multichannel loudness meters that have touchscreens and flexible layout options. The meters come in six configurations based on connectivity, features, and size. Users can choose a 7- or 9-inch touchscreen, stereo or multichannel design, and whether to include TC Electronic’s Radar Meter plug-in with the multichannel version. TC TouchMonitor TM9 comes with 16 digital balanced I/Os, while the TouchMonitor TM7 features eight analog and eight digital I/Os. Additional I/O configurations on balanced or unbalanced connectors are also available. A 3G-SDI I/O card will be available for the TM9 (pictured) next year.
