Kramer Electronics’ new WAV-5 series of wall plates are designed for computer graphics, video, and audio pass-through. The plates have three variants that accommodate different video signal types and provide computer graphics pass-through on an HD15 connector with unbalanced stereo audio on a 3.5mm mini plug connector as well as Composite or SDI video and unbalanced stereo audio pass-through on a standard RCA connector set. The WAV-5C model has the addition of five cables with BNC connectors for the rear of the plate, while the WAV-5YC model offers an S-Video/audio option. Price: WAV-5, $60; WAV-5C and WAV-5YC, $95.
