The new D Series DSP Amplifier Platform from Lab.gruppen is available in three power configurations (8000, 12000 and 20000 Watts total power output) and promises seamless integration with a wide range of digital audio and control protocols.
The D Series platform is available in two variants – Lake or Tesira (Biamp Systems) – both with unique capabilities and advantages. The Lake variant offers Lake Processing DSP with analog, AES and a dual-redundant Dante network solution. The Tesira variant represents a new collaboration between Lab.gruppen and Biamp Systems which has resulted in dedicated models equipped with Tesira DSP and AVB audio and control. The series also debuts Lab.gruppen’s innovative Rational Power Management (RPM) technology. At the heart of RPM lies the ability for each model to deliver up to 5000 W output on any single channel, even on the lower power models, leaving the remaining available power to be allocated freely to the other channels.
