Opticomm-EMCORE’s AFC-HDMI2 HDMI active fiber cables are for distribution of high-definition video up to 4K UHD resolution. Available in standard lengths up to 100 meters, the cables support HDMI extension from set-top boxes, DVD players, Blu-ray players, and video game consoles to large displays, including projectors and 4K-UHD-capable TVs. They are powered exclusively by the HDMI source, so do not require any external power supply. AFCHDMI2 cables are plenum rated providing fire-retardant jacketing for installation in plenum spaces.
