Magewell has announced significant new upgrades for their Ultra Encode Plus and Ultra Encode AIO live streaming and AV-over-IP encoders. Already offering exceptional format and protocol flexibility, including NDI HX3, RTMP, SRT, RTSP, HLS, and integration with the Wowza Video and Zixi platforms, the new updates add NDI 6.3 and Reliable Internet Stream Transport (RIST) support. NDI 6.3 support makes the encoders discoverable within NDI Tools for easy monitoring and control, while RIST integration – an open standard for robust delivery of live video over unmanaged networks – enables reliable MPEG-TS transport over UDP and seamless compatibility with existing MPEG-TS workflows
