Sonance Upgrades the Virtuoso Loudspeaker Product Line

Sonance has upgraded its Virtuoso line of flush-mount loudspeakers with four rectangular in-wall models and seven round ceiling-type speakers. All Virtuosos are three-way designs incorporating the Sonance Sonic Eye assembly, which pivots the mid/tweeter for precise direction of the sound toward the listening area. Round Virtuosos add pivoting woofers for more positioning flexibility. Two ceiling speakers incorporate SST single stereo technology, providing two-channel stereo sound from a single enclosure.
All Virtuosos sport the Sonance RotoLock mounting system for simplified installation. New FastMount positioning tabs are designed to let installers pre-mount speakers for improved speed, security, and ease of installation.
Prices range from $600 a pair to $2,500 a pair. Single-enclosure speakers have a list price of $325 and $675 each.
