Altinex, a leading manufacturer of Signal Management SolutionsA®, is pleased to announce a dramatic price restructuring on the entire range of tabletop connectivity solutions, including the Tilt-N-Plug, Tilt-N-Plug Jr, Pop-N-Plug, Cable-Nook, Cable-Nook Jr, Table Buddy, and Under Table series of interconnect solutions. In addition to more competitive pricing for all models—both present and future—the restructuring results in greater selection and value while preserving the ability to quickly order custom configured interconnect units.
In the past, all stock configurations of Altinex tabletop connectivity products were finished in black brushed aluminum, while those models with a clear brushed aluminum finish were treated as a custom order—even if the connectors present on the unit were identical to the stock black model. Now, customers can select either the black or clear brushed aluminum finish at no additional cost. More significantly, the pricing for both black and clear brushed aluminum models has been reduced and is identical, with both models normally being available in stock. As an example, the popular Altinex TNP128 (in standard black finish) and the clear brushed aluminum version, identified as TNP128S, now share the same price—significantly reduced from the TNP128’s price in 2013.
Under the new price structure, units ordered with a custom set of connectors are now identified by the suffix “C”. Hence, a custom ordered configuration of the TNP121 or TNP128 will now be identified as a TNP120C. Custom built configurations are available in one’s choice of either matte black or clear brushed aluminum. Of particular note, pricing for custom configured interconnect systems remains the same as previously.
Grant Cossey, Altinex Vice President of Sales, commented on the price restructuring of all Altinex tabletop connectivity solutions, “The new pricing structure for our entire line of tabletop interfaces will be very well received by our integrator community. In the past, if a customer ordered a unit in the stock configuration but with the clear brushed aluminum finish, we charged a premium. Now, customers can order either finish at the identical price, which in itself, is reduced—resulting in greater value. Should a customer order a custom configuration, that price has not changed and includes either finish. In addition to reduced pricing and better value, stock configurations of our interconnect boxes will generally be in-stock and available for immediate delivery—expediting customer orders in the process. I believe our customers will find this a win-win situation.”
