Featuring three inputs, the new ARD-0301-A01-TXis designed to transmit analog video to digital HDMI displays, enabling advanced HDMI display devices to be used with legacy VGA sources. The ARD-0301-A01-TX is the perfect solution for integrating older PCs into environments where newer display technology is in use—making it an ideal solution for lecture halls, meeting environments, control rooms, and similar spaces.
The ARD-0301-A01-TX incorporates HDBaseT technology to eliminate multiple cable runs and signal degradation that can occur with transmission of signals over long distances using traditional VGA and HDMI cables. Thus, the ARD-0301-A01-TX is a cost-effective solution to this common issue. Additionally, easy-to-terminate category cable (Cat5e/Cat6)) provides additional integration benefits.
The ARD-0301-A01-TX features two HDMI inputs plus a VGA input and a 3.5mm audio input connector as well as a Power over HDBaseT output. The unit combines the benefits of a switcher featuring integrated auto switching with the advantages of long-distance HDBaseT signal extension over a single Cat5e/6 cable.
The ARD-0301-A01-TX supports HDMI video signals up to 1080p/60Hz with embedded audio. VGA input signals up to 1920×1200 video can be extended up to 330 feet (100 meters). The ARD-0301-A01-TX also provides Power over Ethernet to power an HDBaseT receiver. The ARD-0301-A01-TX provides convenient input access for up to three devices with controls for input selection.
