AUBURN, AL—Auburn University upgraded the lobby of its Harold D. Melton Student Center with the addition of a fine-pitch BRILLIANT™ Interior LED screen from SNA Displays. Electrical Technicians, Inc (ETI) led the project while SNA Displays manufactured the 1.5 mm LED video technology and provided installation services.
The digital lobby display is approximately 6’6” tall and runs 14 feet long before wrapping a corner for an additional 4 feet. At a resolution of 1,280 x 3,520 pixels, the dvLED processes more than 4.5 million pixels.
“LED video walls engage visitors like no other visual centerpiece can,” said Richard Hill, SNA Displays’ director of sales for the southeast U.S. “This lobby video wall is not only an attractive art piece, but also a source for welcoming content and important messaging that enhances the center’s function as a home away from home for Auburn students.”
SNA Displays and ETI previously teamed up to install a 2.5 mm BOLD™ Interior LED screen for the student center’s third-floor ballroom. To learn more, visit SNA Displays’ Auburn University Student Center portfolio page.
