Stow, OH (July 15, 2020)—Audio-Technica has released its new, limited edition ATH-M50xPB Professional Monitor Headphones and ATH-M50xBTPB Wireless Over-Ear Headphones.
Eagle-eyed audio pros will recognize them as A-T’s ATH-M50x and ATH-M50xBT in purple and black (hence PB in the model names). The headphones feature metallic purple earcups and black accents in the trimming, earpads and headband.
The ATH-M50xPB headphones still sport the familiar 45 mm large-aperture drivers, collapsible design, detachable cables and 90-degree swiveling, sound-isolating earcups, and are intended for uses such as recording, live sound, broadcast, DJ and personal listening.
The ATH-M50xBTPB fields the M50x studio sound in a wireless listening experience, utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology and 45 mm large-aperture drivers with rare-earth magnets and copper-clad aluminum wire voice coils.
The limited edition ATH-M50xPB headphones run $169.00, while the ATH-M50xBTPB are $199.00.
