Aveo Systems Brings New Form Factor to Mira Connect A/V Control

Mira Connect 10 is a 10-inch touch display and integrated control system, with versatile wall and tabletop mounting options, for Aveo Systems' intuitive Mira Connect family.

InfoComm 2019, Booth 4480 — Aveo Systems has introduced Mira Connect 10, a touch display and integrated control system, with versatile wall and tabletop mounting options for the company’s intuitive Mira Connect family. Mira Connect 10 provides simple setup and easy use in collaboration rooms of all kinds, allowing one-button dialing from calendar invitations, display management, video switching, volume and mute controls, camera controls, and more. No other control system is needed in the room.  As with current Mira Connect products, the Mira Connect 10 does not require any programming for setup and works seamlessly with a broad range of collaboration products.

Powered by a PoE connection or (included) external power supply, Mira Connect 10 has a 10 inch touch display with tempered glass and a durable, high-quality ABS plastic enclosure. It offers flexible mounting options including a tabletop stand with user-adjustable height and viewing angle; on-wall using a readily-available 75mm VESA mount; or an in-wall metal enclosure for retrofit and new construction uses.

Mira Connect 10 is configured in minutes using Mira Portal, Aveo Systems’ cloud management platform. Using Mira Portal, room equipment is easily selected from drop-down menus and the user interface is built automatically as equipment in the room is added and options enabled. The user interface remains consistent and intuitive from room to room regardless of equipment.  While Mira Connect 10 controls the equipment in the room without needing access to Mira Portal after it has been provisioned, advanced features such as remote control and text alerts in the event of room equipment issues are only available through Mira Portal.

Aveo Systems’ Mira Connect provides an intuitive and simple user experience for rooms of all sizes.  Mira Connect manages all of the equipment in the room including audio and video conferencing solutions, and integrates with Microsoft Office 365 calendars, allowing users to start conference calls with a single button press.  Hundreds of collaboration products from leading solution providers are supported, including the popular Zoom Rooms platform.
