Riek to Maintain Responsibility for Procurement
AVI-SPL, the largest global integrator for audio and video communications systems and services, today announced that Tim Riek will be leading its service operations team. Riek has held several operations positions throughout his eight-year tenure with the company, most recently serving as Vice President of Procurement. In this expanded role, Riek will continue to oversee the procurement efforts at AVI-SPL while taking on new responsibilities aimed at enhancing the company’s technical support infrastructure.

Riek’s new responsibilities include supporting the development of AVI-SPL’s centralized technical support groups, providing operational guidance to the video implementation and network assessment delivery teams, and managing manufacturing processes in support of AVI-SPL private-label products such as

Riek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tampa. He is also InfoComm CTS certified.
