Broadcast Pix Announces End-of-Year Cyber-Switcher Sale

Bundled Options, Services Save Customers More Than $3,000 on Select Models

Chelmsford, Mass. – Broadcast Pix™ today announced its Cyber-Switcher Sale, a year-end sales event featuring special pricing and on the company’s Flint™, Granite™, and Mica™ integrated production switchers. All systems ordered by Dec. 31 will include free options and technical support worth more than $3,000.

Each new system will include a license for robotic camera control, which is available for Sony, Panasonic, JVC, and a number of other different camera manufacturers. Broadcast Pix is also adding PixPlay, the optional slow-motion sports replay option that works with select AJA and Blackmagic Design recorders, for no additional charge. Plus, every system includes a two-year support and maintenance contract, and new Granite systems qualify for a free loaner system in case of technical concerns.

The large-scale Granite switcher includes up to 22 SDI inputs and two external key cut inputs, plus eight channels of clips and graphics, 12 SDI outputs, and two DVI outputs. Mica, a mid-sized system, offers eight SDI inputs and one external SDI key cut input, eight channels of clips and graphics, six SDI outputs and two DVI outputs. Designed for smaller productions and webcasting, Flint supports up to six SDI or HDMI inputs, as well as up to four IP inputs, and includes integrated HD streaming and four-channel audio. All Broadcast Pix switchers include an extensive toolset, including CG, clip store, BPview™ customizable multi-view, file-based macros, Virtual Studios with ClearKey™ chromakey, BPNet™ cloud-based file management, and more.
