CCS Presentation Systems Expands into Oregon and Washington with New Partner Team

Houston, Texas – May 4, 2026CCS Presentation Systems (CCS), a national leader in the design, integration, and installation of commercial audio-visual solutions, today announced its expansion into the Pacific Northwest with the addition of Dan and Gennett Kaplan as new partners. This marks the first time CCS has established a presence in the region, further strengthening its national footprint. The partnership became effective May 1, 2026.

The expansion comes at a time of significant transformation within the AV industry, as consolidation among large integration firms continues to reshape the competitive landscape. CCS’s partner-driven model offers an alternative approach, combining national scale with local ownership and accountability.

Dan Kaplan joins as the principal, bringing extensive experience in integrated AV and building technology, guiding organizations from initial design and planning decisions through project delivery. Together, Dan and Gennett will establish and grow CCS’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, advising corporate, healthcare, education, and government clients on solutions that meet their business needs.

“There’s a significant shift happening in the AV industry right now, with many of the strongest regional integrators being acquired by large national firms,” said Dan Kaplan. “That creates a real opportunity to build an organization that values local ownership, accountability, and long-term relationships in the Pacific Northwest.

CCS offers a unique model that supports entrepreneurs while giving them the tools to succeed. For us, it’s also about helping bring a new generation into integration ownership and building a sustainable future for the industry.”

“We’re excited to welcome Dan and Gennett to CCS as we expand into the Pacific Northwest for the first time. Dan has experience building dealer territories in the Pacific Northwest, and on the client side, managing audiovisual technology across more than 300 meeting spaces at a Fortune 500 enterprise’s headquarters,” said Ben Pickrel, President and owner of CCS Presentation Systems. “That combination is rare, and it’s exactly what we want representing CCS in the Pacific Northwest.”

CCS continues to grow its network of partners across the United States, providing a proven framework that includes training, operational support, marketing, and vendor management. The company’s approach, often described as a business incubator, enables local partners to operate with entrepreneurial independence while benefiting from the resources and scale of a national organization.

With the addition of the Pacific Northwest, CCS now serves customers through a network of partners in 19 states and the District of Columbia, with continued expansion planned in key markets.
