WorldStage has added the Clay Paky Mythos fixture to its equipment inventory.  The large complement of lighting instruments marks the latest acquisition as part of an intensive technology initiative at the company.  In the last few months WorldStage also has invested in d3 Technologies media servers, 4k projectors and a Barco E2 presentation system.

“We are very excited to have the new Mythos fixtures in our inventory,” says Drew DeCorleto at WorldStage.  “We expect it will be our most requested light this summer due to its performance and versatility.”

Clay Paky’s Mythos is a highly-advanced hybrid light: It is an excellent 470-watt spotlight with an outstanding large beam and zoom optimized for focusing, as well as an extraordinary beam light, which remains parallel for its entire length even at great distances.  Mythos is smooth, fast and very quiet and offers a completely redesigned indexed visual effects disc.

DeCorleto praises the Mythos’s “massive zoom, extremely bright beam and great complement of gobos – all the while keeping the lamp at a very quiet 470w and the fixture size nice and compact.”  A fixture designed to meet the needs of many WorldStage customers and their projects.
