KENT, UK, 9 December 2020: Densitron, the global leader in innovative Human Machine Interaction (HMI) and display technology, has announced a new reseller in the form of Qatar-based Primecast Technical Solutions. Located in the city of Al Wakrah, the company will serve as reseller for Densitron’s innovative products, including the IDS (Intelligent Display System) solution, in Qatar and other key territories in the Middle East.
Part of the hugely successful S’hail Holding Group, Primecast Technical Solutions provides systems integration, design, consultancy and equipment supply services to the broadcast and media industries. In recent years it has undertaken flagship design and integration projects for leading regional broadcasters including Qatar Media Corporation, Al Rayyan Satellite Channel, beIN Media Group and Al Jazeera Media Network – the last-named project involving a close collaboration with Densitron that entailed the extensive specification of the IDS solution.
The successful deployment of IDS at Al Jazeera’s studios in Qatar – where it provides call timing, indicator lights and core GPIO functionality – further confirmed the solution’s capability to the Primecast team.
