Digital Nirvana to Showcase Latest Version of Media Management Platform at CCW Expo

At next month’s Content & Communications World Expo, Digital Nirvana will showcase the latest version of its Media Management Platform for content creation, capture and delivery.

Newark, CA – At next month’s Content & Communications World Expo, Digital Nirvana will showcase the latest version of its Media Management Platform for content creation, capture and delivery. Taking place November 11-12 at the Javits Convention Center in New York, Digital Nirvana will exhibit at the CCW Expo in Booth #351.

“The CCW Expo has become an increasingly important event in the broadcast industry,” said Hiren Hindocha, Digital Nirvana’s Co-Founder, President, and CEO. “We’re looking forward to showcasing our Media Management Platform to CCW’s attendees, and to gaining insight into new media management challenges faced by broadcasters and content creators. Our platform has been designed with a lot of customer input, and we always appreciate connecting with customers and potential users at events to learn more about their needs.”

The latest version of Digital Nirvana’s Media Management Platform, Version 2.0, provides a simple set up to capture content from multiple sources and publish it to digital platforms –while monitoring the video and audio for quality and compliance. Introduced at NAB this year, Version 2.0 features an expanded social media publishing and service function. The platform enables users to easily publish audio and video content to popular social media platforms. Broadcasters and content owners can also work with Digital Nirvana’s dedicated internal team to handle time-intensive tasks, such as reviewing broadcasts and locating clips with the most value, tagging content with the correct metadata for optimal repurposing, writing headlines designed to peak interest from the target audience, and customizing social media postings as required by each network.

Also new with Version 2.0 is the ability to monitor radio broadcast, including Internet radio. With Digital Nirvana’s Hybrid Solution, users can more efficiently record multiple live video feeds. The platform can record and provide an interface to play, edit, annotate, search and share. Users of the platform can now also monitor up to 32 radio and television channels from one device using the platform’s new ‘analog recording’ feature.

The latest version also features a virtual machine download, allowing customers to download the program as a preconfigured, quickly deployable virtual machine.

Digital Nirvana’s Media Management Platform features a powerful content retrieval system called SmartSearch, and operates on a Centralized Management server – which unites all units deployed throughout the system to one central point. The Centralized Management application empowers users with simultaneous access to multiple channels of content from any geographic area at any time. The Digital Nirvana platform delivers a full range of multi-channel signal monitoring, logging, compliance and archiving functions, is fully customizable, and features a user-friendly interface.

Digital Nirvana has announced multiple partnerships this year, including its platform’s integration with Nexidia’s media analysis software, Illuminate. Media Management Platform users can now capitalize on the caption monitoring, compliance, synchronization features, and video description compliance capabilities of Nexidia’s Illuminate software. Digital Nirvana’s platform is also integrated with Pikolo Systems’ Incident Tracker, which provides a digital medium for incident logging and resource management. Integrating the two systems provides operators with an immediate visual reference within the Pikolo’s GUI of the video broadcast at the time of a reported discrepancy.
