, a global leader in remote network management announced this week that it was selected as one of six companies to present at the Dell World Pitch Slam, being held December 12, 2013, in Austin, Texas. This exclusive opportunity allows ihiji to promote its simple and secure remote management technologies for networks and connected devices, which have successfully served the Audio Video market, to the IT market.

The culmination of the Tech Innovation Day Series, the Center for Entrepreneurs Pitch Slam showcases six companies focused on big data and analytics, infrastructure and platforms, and enterprise solutions. Each one will pitch their ideas directly to Michael Dell, Daymond John of ABC’s Shark Tank, and Elizabeth Gore, Resident Entrepreneur of The United Nations Foundation.

The Pitch Slam presents a unique opportunity for startups to receive candid feedback directly from a panel of esteemed professionals. ihiji was selected as a finalist for the Pitch Slam through their participation in a regional pitch competition held in Austin, TX. Several other events took place in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and the United Kingdom. Stuart Rench, ihiji president and co-founder will do the pitch, which is expected to last about five minutes. The event will take place on stage in front of a live audience and will be available for viewing worldwide via a livestream broadcast that can be found here.

“To be selected as one of only six companies to present their technology to Michael Dell, Daymond John, and Elizabeth Gore during the Dell World Pitch Slam is both incredibly humbling and exciting,” said Stuart Rench, president and co-founder of ihiji. “While ihiji invision has effectively been on the market since 2009 and is supported by a strong dealer base, we’ve actively been promoting it more extensively to the IT world. This event provides the ideal platform for us and we’re honored to be selected as a finalist.”
