KMH Integration Strengthens its Leadership Team
Expanded Roles for Two Key Employees in Response to Rapid Company Growth and Increased A/V Project Workload
Brooklyn, N.Y., Oct. 21, 2021 – KMH Integration has expanded the roles of two key team members in response to soaring company growth and increased customer demand for more complex A/V installations.
Kelly Rittenhouse takes on the role of Director of Operations, while Harry Hart III is now Director of Integration for the New York-based system integrator.
“Kelly and Harry understand the unique and challenging dynamics of this business, making them integral to our success and sustained growth,” said Kevin Henneman, president of KMH Integration. “Kelly oversees countless aspects of the day-to-day business at both our offices, and several successful project bids are directly related to her involvement in the proposal and presentation process. Harry has excelled as our on-site client relationship manager, solving issues in real time and giving customers peace of mind that everything is being handled properly.”
Since joining KMH in 2016, Rittenhouse has continually expanded her involvement in the KMH business. In addition to managing office logistics, she is responsible for preparing all new project proposals, meeting with new and current clients and ensuring all work in progress is on schedule and within scope.
Hart joined KMH in 2017, after previously holding a range of business development, sales, project management and planning roles in the healthcare and office supplies industries.
Rittenhouse has a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Stony Brook University. Hart has a Master of Business Administration degree in healthcare management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Quinnipiac University.
