LOS ANGELES – Zylight, a leading manufacturer of innovative LED lighting solutions, today announced it is the exclusive distributor of the LDDE line of theatrical and specialty lighting in North and South America. Manufactured in Austria and known for high output and pinpoint control, LDDE lighting instruments are used extensively throughout Europe’s leading theaters and opera houses. Co-exhibiting with distribution partner USHIO, Zylight will showcase the LDDE product line during Live Design International 2016 (Booth 2329), which runs Oct. 21-23 in Las Vegas, Nev.
LDDE offers a diverse product line, including the SpectraConnecT5LED with four high-power LED tubes in red, green, blue, and white, which provide flicker-free fades, linear lightness control, and up to 4000 lumens each. The Nano*Pix family of LED soft lights are ideal replacements for conventional RGBW fluorescent battens with adjustable color temperature (2700-9000K), wide color range, and intuitive integrated controls. Plus, the LedCyc family of modular LED backlight systems for rear projection on screens or cycs delivers uniform illumination with a variety of setting options for theater and TV/film studios.

With its intuitive user interface, the app provides easy access to brightness and white light temperature controls, as well as color and saturation adjustments for models equipped with Zylight’s Color Mode, which produces millions of colors without gels or filters. Other lighting choices for live and broadcast venues include the F8-200 LED Fresnel, Pro-Panel variable color temperature LED soft lights, and Aladdin BI-FLEX LED panels that are literally flexible, so they can fit or a variety of spaces or be mounted in rigid frames for more traditional setups.
