Known for its team of experienced pro audio professionals, LEA Professional, a global manufacturer of industry-first, pro-audio amplifiers with cloud- and IoT-based technologies, continues to strengthen the team with the recent appointment of Nick Mourn as Application Engineering and Consultant Relations Manager.
LEA Professional, which has quickly established itself as a global player in the pro audio market, has experienced a surge in demand for its technology as the industry continues to recover from the pandemic. While integrators initially relied heavily on LEA cloud service technology during lockdowns, with its ease of use, flexibility and possibilities for recurring revenue, cloud connectivity has now transitioned into a standard, must-have tool for integrators.
With the appointment of Mourn, yet another distinguished pro audio expert has joined the LEA Professional roster, further increasing the company’s knowledge and expertise. In his new role, Mourn will work closely with the LEA Professional channel to manage customer feedback and provide application and design support for its popular Connect Series range of amplifiers.
“I watched the staggering growth of LEA Professional from afar, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to be part of this incredibly innovative company, with products that have truly revolutionized the industry,” commented Mourn. “Seeing what they have already accomplished in a short time is incredible, and I look forward to introducing future customers to the LEA Way and showcasing what the technology can achieve.”
Prior to joining LEA, Mourn worked as a product application specialist for HARMAN Professional. He has over 20 years of experience in the live production audio industry with a background in touring and several stints in national and regional sound companies.
“Attracting talent such as Nick is a testament to the unique offering we provide at LEA Professional,” stated Brian Pickowitz, VP of Marketing at LEA Professional. “With his extensive industry experience and his understanding of the challenges faced by integrators, we are confident that all our customers will be very well served with Nick at the helm.”
