Legrand | AV Launches Master Class Series for Integration Professionals

WEST HARTFORD, Connecticut, October 16, 2019 – Legrand | AV today announced the launch of a comprehensive education series for AV consultants, specifiers and designers. The program was designed to support industry professionals to better address the latest AV design and technology trends across a range of applications and markets. Registration is free and open to professionals available to attend the in-person events in their respective regions.

The inaugural class will take place on Friday, October 18th at Yale University Conference Center in Orange, Connecticut. The focus, AV Transport Methods, will address the considerations of modern AV designs to balance spatial, radiometric and temporal elements as well as network impact, mobile integration, and extreme bandwidth and digital connectivity.

The course will be presented during one full day and will feature a fast-paced lecture, hands-on exercises and extensive opportunities for Q&A and group discussion. The event is free to attend and upon completion participants will receive six CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D or RCDD Renewal Units.

The session will be hosted by Joe Cornwall, CTS-D, CTS-I and Patrick Cuddy, CTS, LEED GA. Cornwall brings over two decades of experience in commercial AV also served as an Adjunct Faculty member of InfoComm and a frequent presenter at BICSI. Cuddy, a Northeast regional solutions and consultant manager regularly serves a resource for specification consultants, architects and institutions in supporting their AV projects.
