NEMAL ELECTRONICS EXPANDS MACHINE SHOP CAPABILITIES WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT FOR ENHANCED CUSTOMIZATION AND PRECISION
Nemal Electronics, a leader in custom cable manufacturing and precision engineering solutions, is proud to announce major technological upgrades to its machine shop, introducing advanced machinery that enables enhanced customization and high-precision manufacturing for customers across diverse industries.
The upgraded machine shop now features a new technology waterjet, which allows Nemal to cut a wide range of materials—metals, wood, glass, composites, and plastics—with unparalleled accuracy and detail. The addition of a large-format CNC cutter can handle projects of up to 52” x 10’, accommodating larger, more complex designs. Furthermore, the new hydraulic automated insertion machine streamlines insertion processes for components like stand-offs, nuts, and board elements, while the universal 100-watt fiber laser supports engraving, cutting, and circuit board customization. Other additions include a 100-ton 10’ automated brake/bender for metal panel forming, a 37” wide metal brusher for deburring and finishing, and a flatbed UV-LED Printer, which allows full-color, high-resolution printing on various materials.
Together, these tools not only boost Nemal’s production speed but also elevate quality control, enabling manufacturing with tighter tolerances than ever before.
