At IBC2026, Pixitmedia by DataCore will showcase its latest capabilities designed to simplify distributed production, accelerate workflows and unlock greater value from media content.
Pixitmedia is introducing new cloud caching capabilities in Pixstor, extending high-performance file access to remote production teams, satellite facilities and cloud-based rendering environments. By caching active media closer to users and compute, teams can work with centrally stored content at local speeds while changes are synchronised with primary storage in the background.
The technology supports remote editing, multi-site production and burst rendering in the cloud, while working with existing NAS infrastructure to extend workflows without replacing primary storage.
