PSNI Announces Quality Cup Award Winners at InfoComm

PSNI Global PVPs rewarded for their outstanding contributions
PSNI Global Alliance, the global network of premier technology integrators and service providers, has awarded Biamp, Lightware, Shure and NETGEAR with its ‘Quality Cup’ award following a year of outstanding AV industry contributions.
The accolades were announced at InfoComm 2022 during PSNI’s prestigious Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) Recognition Breakfast. Quality Cup winners are the result of a comprehensive voting process across the Alliance, where fellow Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) from across the world vouch for manufacturers, distributors and service providers who have delivered outstanding service and operational standards throughout the year.
Five categories were voted upon across PSNI’s 100+ company network including:
• The Rising Star Award
• The All Day, Everyday Award
• The Growth Driver Award
• The Quality Enforcer Award
• And Partner of the Year
Hailed as its most highly esteemed recognition, The Alliance awarded audio and networking manufacturer Biamp as ‘Partner of the Year’ following a year of outstanding success. In the words of PSNI Marketing Director, Hailey Klein: “Through a year affected by the pandemic and global challenges, Biamp continued to inspire us through powerful demonstrations, product innovations and marketing tactics even in the digital landscape.”
Biamp also claimed PSNI’s ‘All Day, Everyday’ accolade. Awarded by PSNI staff based on the PVP who participated every event, content and Education initiative found inside their sponsorship.
“Biamp is honored to have received both of these awards and is committed to the continued success of everyone involved within the PSNI organization,” said Ashley Smith, regional sales manager for Biamp.
The Alliance continued the award ceremony relinquishing its ‘Rising Star Award’ which recognized the manufacturer who made an impact within PSNI and were new to the PSNI Program since 2020. Due to their impressive community outreach and support since joining The Alliance in 2021, Lightware was voted by PSNI’s Certified Solution Providers as the Rising Star.
The Quality Enforcer award went to Shure. This award recognizes a partner who’s exhibited deep technical knowledge and expertise that enable customers to overcome business challenges and improve processes, specifically in the Covid era through a tailored, custom, and complex solution.
Finally, the Growth Driver Award, received by the manufacturer who had the largest percentage of growth and sales inside the PVP Program year over year was claimed by NETGEAR.
“During the challenges of the past year, PSNI’s Preferred Vendor Partners have once again excelled, and these accolades reinforce the incredible work and support they continue to provide to our Certified Solution Provider network around the globe,” said Chris Miller, Executive Director for PSNI Global Alliance. “It is through their ongoing commitment and dedication to the highest operational standards that we continue to grow together.”
He continues, “We are delighted to offer our sincere congratulations to all these deserved award winners. We are very proud of our association with these industry-best partners and believe that, together, we will continue to grow out mutual presence to the benefit of end-users and industry standards across the world.”
