Revolabs Awarded a 2015 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award

SUDBURY, Mass. — Aug. 27, 2015 — Revolabs(R) announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has awarded its FLX(TM) UC 1500 IP & USB Conference Phone with Extension Microphones a 2015 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award. All three conference phones in the FLX UC product line have won this prestigious award.

The FLX UC 1500 is the latest addition to Revolabs’ award-winning FLX UC conference phone lineup. Building on the exceptional technology in the FLX UC 500 and FLX UC 1000 conference phones, the FLX UC 1500 delivers ultra-wideband microphone frequency response (up to 16kHz). Two directional microphones included with the FLX UC 1500 extend the audio pickup to cover conference rooms for up to 18 people. Its integrated SIP technology works in all major telephony environments, whether on premise or in the cloud, and supports all market-leading IP PBXs. In addition, the FLX UC 1500 easily integrates with a wide choice of third-party PC applications — Skype(TM), Microsoft(R) Lync(R), Vidyo(R) and more — for collaboration and conferencing. That means the FLX UC 1500 can bridge VoIP calls and calls via third-party softphone applications, allowing geographically dispersed teams to communicate using the best medium for collaboration.

Randall Lee, Revolabs’ director of strategic and channel marketing, said, “Naturally, we’re gratified to see this product’s capabilities recognized in the same fashion as the FLX UC 500 and the FLX UC 1000. The feedback we’ve received from users has been very positive. The FLX UC 1500 lets conference participants communicate naturally, as if they are in the same room, because the system supports simultaneous audio play back and audio capture, ensuring participants can hear every word clearly.” He added, “We’re very proud to have three award-winning conference phones in this product line for unified communications.”

“Congratulations to Revolabs, Inc., for being honored with a 2015 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC. “The FLX UC 1500 is truly an innovative product and is amongst the best solutions that facilitate voice, data and video communications brought to market in the past twelve months. I look forward to continued excellence from Revolabs in 2015 and beyond.”
