Revolabs to Showcase UC Solutions at UC Expo 2016

SUDBURY, Mass. — April 12, 2016 — Revolabs(R), Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Yamaha Corporation, announced today that it will be exhibiting its rich unified communication (UC) portfolio of products in stand H810 at UC Expo — Europe’s largest unified communications and collaboration event. Revolabs will join more than 100 vendors at Olympia London in London, April 19-20.

As smaller collaboration spaces proliferate, companies are modernizing and unifying their communications infrastructures to improve employee collaboration and productivity. This means installing conferencing technology known to deliver more natural, effective communication. Revolabs products set the standard for providing solutions that maximize audio communication, even when using UC clients such as Starleaf, Zoom, Vidyo(R) and Skype(TM) for Business. The FLX UC 500 USB conference phone offers 360-degree microphone pickup with loud and clear speakers, ensuring everyone is heard on a call. The FLX UC 1000 and FLX UC 1500 combine a VoIP conference phone with USB connectivity. As two devices in one, these products provide a cost-effective, compact solution that’s easier to learn and manage and saves space on the table. The phones also connect to all market-leading IP PBXs and will bridge calls over both services into a single conference, so the transition from telephony to UC is simple — no need to rip and replace.

Also at the show, attendees will see the Yamaha YVC-1000, a USB- and Bluetooth(R)-enabled microphone and speaker system for medium-to-large conference spaces. The YVC-1000 features a separate microphone and full-range speaker unit that can be placed close to the video display so that audio and video from the remote location blend naturally, while adaptive echo cancellation and other Yamaha sound processing technologies facilitate stress-free conversation. Up to five microphones can be daisy-chained for meeting rooms seating up to 40 people. In addition to working in large rooms, the YVC-1000 accommodates special table configurations, such as a horseshoe setup.

Revolabs’ flagship Executive Elite(TM) wireless rackmount microphone system for installed audio and video conferencing solutions will also be on display. The Executive Elite receiver pairs exclusively with the full suite of Executive Elite wireless microphones and adapters to fit every space and need. Every mic picks up each and every voice clearly and naturally, no matter where the speaker is located. Once placed on the table, the mics are ready for use with little interaction needed. A single button enables muting and unmuting, with an indicator light to clearly indicate mic status and avoid confusion. With AES-256 encryption and auto-key recycling, every conversation is secure against unwanted listeners.
