Honor Recognizes RTI’s Industry-Leading Training Programs
MINNEAPOLIS — May 4, 2015 — Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), a leading control and automation systems manufacturer for residential and light commercial settings, today announced that readers of CE Pro magazine selected the company for a 2015 Quest for Quality Award. RTI was recognized with the Gold award in the “Training Programs” category for the company’s dedication to providing the dealer community with world-class training opportunities that will help them expand their knowledge of the RTI control platform as well as bolster the skillset needed to be a successful integrator.
RTI’s Advanced Control University (ACU) provides a number of training programs to support dealers. In addition to on-site trainings held at RTI distribution partner locations and tradeshow events, on-line webinars are streamed live regularly. These webinars cover everything from programming, audio distribution, and the RTI Tech Talk Series, which provides integrators with the opportunity to discuss specific RTI technology with the engineer in charge of its development. This year also marked the inaugural DevX Developers Conference, a three-day event that provided attendees with an opportunity to expand their knowledge of creating custom two-way drivers with RTI’s software development kit.

The fifth annual CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards program honors manufacturers and distributors for excellence in customer service. Winners were determined by the results of a readership survey conducted by CE Pro earlier in the year, in which respondents were asked to evaluate the quality of service of manufacturers and distributors based on a number of areas.
