In his new role leading the company’s Technical Application Group, he will continue to refine the industry-leading support functions for which the SFM team is renowned, as well as spearhead the continued development of the company’s Professional Services offerings.
André brings extensive sales and management and complete AV solutions design experience to SFM, as well as a deep specialized knowledge of videoconferencing solutions. A 19-year industry veteran, he has been at the forefront of the industry’s trajectory from hardware-based solutions to the software-powered ecosystems of today.
Personable, passionate, and driven, André has an extensive network of relationships spanning across manufacturers, integrators, and end-users, which enables him to have a keen understanding of the importance and effectiveness of services at all levels of the value chain. He is also an AVSO specialist, putting him in a perfect position to understand and improve ongoing solution offerings and related services for Federal Government agencies.
André Gagnon’s previous positions include Sales Director for international AV integration powerhouse Solotech.
