The New VEGA4S, VEGA6S, VEGA8S, and VEGA10S are Expected to Ship Early Q4 of 2022

(elevenengineering.com), a market leader in semiconductor products for wireless audio for professional, home theater, multi-room, portable, 12 Volt (car, truck, motorcycle, power sports, marine) and gaming applications, is proud to announce that Cerwin-Vega’s recently launched VEGA series studio monitor speakers incorporate SKAA/SKAA Pro® technology.

The new VEGA4S, VEGA6S, and VEGA8S models use a new custom Bi-Amplifier while the VEGA10S uses a custom Triple-Amplifier that all run coolly and efficiently with an accurate frequency response throughout the audio spectrum. Featuring Class “D” topology, these amplifiers offer large headroom and low noise amplification.

The VEGA series DSP-controlled studio monitor speakers are designed and engineered with innovation and come with embedded Bluetooth 5.1 and SKAA Pro wireless technology in addition to traditional wired inputs if that is what is needed, thereby making them an industry leader when it comes to studio monitors with a focus on ease and speed of connectivity.
“One of the principal disadvantages of using traditional wireless audio solutions in a pro audio setting is inherent latency issues and navigating through an abundance of wireless traffic,” added Whitehead. “SKAA’s low latency ability is something that Bluetooth and WiFi audio-based solutions cannot accomplish for many reasons. The VEGA series nearfield monitor speakers are sold as a pair pack consisting of a hub and a satellite monitor. The hub monitor is the “control” center speaker and the satellite monitor speaker receives innovative SKAA transmission from either the hub monitor or from other SKAA integrated sources at lightning quick speed that other wireless deliveries cannot even begin to fathom.

The new VEGA4S, VEGA6S, VEGA8S, and VEGA10S studio monitor speakers are expected to be shipping in early Q4 of 2022. Projected retail pricing is expected to range from $659.99 for the VEGA4S model to $1,399.99 for the VEGA10S model.
