SnapAV Pro Stores Launch New AllNet Store in Charlotte, NC and Volutone Store in Scottsdale, AZ

Reaffirming its position as the nation’s leading provider of locally available custom integration solutions, SnapAV Pro Stores today announced the launch of two new stores: an AllNet location in Charlotte, North Carolina that opened its doors in December, and a Volutone location in Scottsdale, Arizona that began serving customers in January.

According to Wally Whinna, SnapAV Senior Vice President of Local, SnapAV’s newest Local Pro Stores provide dealers in those locales with flexible logistics support and same-day product availability necessary to complete jobs on time and on budget.

“The success of our local stores throughout 2020 demonstrated that having local access to products and support helps our partners deliver on-time projects, regardless of external difficulties such as delays in shipping, manufacturing or customer service response,” Whinna said. “These two new locations, operated by our trusted SnapAV Local distribution partners AllNet and Volutone, introduce our proven benefits to dealer partners in new southwest and southeast markets and add to our ability to provide same-day service nationwide.”

The SnapAV Pro Store program started in 2018 and will soon include a total of 30 stores in major metro markets throughout the country. In an effort to improve partner’s shopping experiences, SnapAV Local Pro Stores are actively being revamped to offer an open shopping platform, where customers can freely browse aisles of products, along with training facilities and highly knowledgeable sales staff. Select stores even have a 24-hour will-call room, where partners can access products at their convenience. On-site training and product demonstrations were put on hold in 2020 and are expected to return later in 2021.

The company now operates hundreds of thousands of square feet of wholesale floorspace to support the needs of SnapAV partners nationwide, while some competitors have struggled to maintain normal operations. Each local store is stocked with SnapAV’s vast catalog of CI products, in addition to popular third-party components that are in high demand, such as high-end TVs and lighting systems. Stores remained open and reliable throughout 2020, taking full precautions to protect their staff and customers by following all social distancing and facial covering ordinances and enacting strict disinfection and cleaning protocols.

“SnapAV partners are part of our family, and by leveraging local product availability and regularly evaluating and adding new products and brands to our catalog, we are providing everything they need to be successful now and in the future,” Whinna added.
