Underscoring its commitment to locate product close to its growing reseller network, Stampede, the global leader in value added ProAV distribution, today announced the opening of a new 40,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center in Grand Prairie, Texas, just outside of Dallas. The new facility is located at 700 Commerce Park Drive, Building 4, Suite 1200.
The addition of the new Texas warehouse brings the total number of North American warehouses operated by Stampede to seven. Other centers are based in Atlanta, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; Miami, Florida; Phoenix, Arizona, as well as in Toronto, Canada and Vancouver, British Columbia. In addition, Stampede operates distribution centers outside of North America in Thatcham, England; Noosa, Australia; and Singapore.
“Stampede is totally committed to the just in time delivery of product to our resellers in order to empower them to complete their installations in the most efficient and profitable way,” Stampede President & COO Kevin Kelly said today. “Our volume of business in the South Central region of the country has grown significantly over the last several years, creating the need for a locally based center that can meet the needs of our regional customers. We will continue to expand our infrastructure to keep pace with our projected future growth.
”Stampede has plans to open new sales offices in Syracuse, New York and Greenville, South Carolina.
