Local tech-oriented events with exhibits and educational offerings from top manufacturers provide AV dealers, integrators, and reps the opportunity to share ideas, promote sales, and build better businesses
TORRANCE, Calif., USA – (May 11, 2015) – Stewart Filmscreen Corp., Academy Award® winning manufacturer of high-performance projection screens and specialty optical coatings, will demonstrate several new and innovative projector screen technologies for a variety of audio visual applications at the seventh annual Technology & Business Summit being held May 12, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Warner Center Marriott, Los Angeles, Calif., and May 14, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Irvine Marriott, Orange County, Calif. Over 100 companies will participate with tabletop displays and factory staff.
The event’s intimate venue and focused displays encourage an interactive environment where dealers get to personally engage with the exhibitors, and industry organization CEDIA serves as an education partner, contributing with presenters, industry trends, and CEU credits for seminars.

During the Technology & Business Summit, Stewart Filmscreen will showcase a
110” (diag.) AT Series Lace and Grommet fixed frame projector screen configured with Tela™ 80 acoustically transparent material. The 1.78:1 aspect ratio screen is paired with a Runco Q750 LED projector. Cima® fixed frame and CrystalView rigid rear projection screen products will also be highlighted.
In addition to Stewart Filmscreen’s display, SIM2 will showcase a Stewart Filmscreen
109” (diag.) Snapper Deluxe fixed frame projector screen configured with StudioTek 100 material in 2.35:1 aspect ratio paired with a 3-chip DLP projector. Sony will showcase a 110” (diag.) Cima® by Stewart Filmscreen fixed frame projector screen configured with Neve material in 1.78:1 aspect ratio, paired with a VPL-VW350ES 4K Projector.
