KMH Integration is expanding its team with the addition of Tim Dowd as Project Manager.
The experienced A/V and broadcast professional will play a key role in managing all phases of customer projects including initial planning, on-site implementation, and post-installation support.
He joins at a time of rapid growth for KMH Integration. The system integrator continues to strengthen its core business in the pro A/V, sports, media, and entertainment industries while expanding into new markets by providing consulting and integration services for corporate, financial, theater, arts, and philanthropic organizations.
Dowd brings a diverse background to KMH, with more than 25 years of experience in broadcast, master control and A/V project management. He previously supervised the entire day-to-day master control and media operations workflow for Fox News Channel and Fox Business News.
In his new role, he will help customers navigate rapidly changing business and technology landscapes. “Organizations in every industry are facing complex technology challenges every day,” Dowd said. “They need help choosing the right infrastructure and workflow, whether it’s IP cloud-based, remote or a hybrid combination. Our job as a system integrator is making those decisions easier so they can focus on their business instead.”
Dowd’s previous experience also includes technical and operations roles at News 12 and ESPN. His workflow expertise covers a range of technologies, including Miranda PresStation, Harris automation, Grass Valley switchers and routers, BTS routers, MAS, Masstore, VDS graphics software, Tektronics scopes and various tape and digital formats.

Dowd also served in the United States Army and has a bachelor’s degree from Rowan University, with a concentration in Communications, Media, Radio, and Television.
