BUENA PARK, Calif. (September 26, 2017)—Yamaha Professional Audio division (PAD) has announced the promotion of Randy Riebe to the position of sales manager for CIS products. The Commercial Installation Solutions (CIS) product line has enjoyed significant growth since the development of a dedicated sales team in 2016.

“Randy has had a successful track record since joining the team in 2016 and has proven to be a strong leader,” states Alan Macpherson, general manager for PAD. “We anticipate even further growth of CIS product sales as he takes the sales management reins.”

Riebe brought a wealth of experience in both the commercial audio and CIS business segments when joining the company as district manager for Yamaha CIS products. He previously held senior positions with Polycom, Tandberg, and AMX. In addition, he is a regular contributor/columnist for Systems Contractor News Magazine and holds several committee positions with InfoComm International, now Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA).

Riebe will continue to report to Paul Furtkamp, director of sales, Commercial Audio and NEXO products.
