Hitachi, through its Certified Solutions Program, has designed the new CPA100 wall arm mount in cooperation with Peerless Industries.

Hitachi, through its Certified Solutions Program, has designed the new CPA100 wall arm mount in cooperation with Peerless Industries. The mount is intended to be used with the CPA100FXDUOARM Bundle, which includes the Hitachi CP-A100 3LCD ultra-short-throw projector and FXDuo 77-inch StarBoard.

The CPA100 wall arm mounts onto any flat surface, says the company, offering the ability to place the projector in a convenient location, while the CP-A100 projector eliminates issues of presenters obstructing the board and distracting shadows. The FXDuo offers control via multitouch hand gestures for a natural interface that requires no special pens and allows two users to operate the board simultaneously.

"The development of the CPA100 wall arm is an example of Hitachi's successful collaboration with other industry leaders to provide complete audio/video presentation solutions for its customer base," said Ray Soltys, director of sales in Hitachi's Home Electronics (America) business group, in a statement.

"This new bundle represents a huge leap forward in classroom presentation products," said Dale Smith, senior director business development for Peerless Industries.

Hitachi's Certified Solutions Program was designed to provide dealers and distributors with value-added solutions and includes manufacturers from all areas of the AV industry. Members of the program include AMX, Avocent, BitLogix Software, Peerless Industries, Chief Manufacturing, Crestron Electronics, Da-Lite, Draper, Extron Electronics, Magenta Research, Premier Mounts, and Stewart Filmscreen.
