Hitachi America has introduced the Full HD Series CP-WUX645 3LCD projector. The CP-WUX645 offers WUXGA resolution and a variety of features that offer systems integrators ease of installation, according to the company.

The CP-WUX645 projector can display 1080p content and more, while offering a brightness of 4,200 ANSI lumens. Its ease-of-installation features include Perfect Fit function, which enables precise adjustment of the projected image by providing the ability to move the four corners individually. Horizontal and vertical lens shift allows users to precisely center the image as needed. In addition, a 2x zoom lens gives installers more flexibility.

The Full HD Projector Series also contains a Hybrid Filter, which is easily removed and cleaned lowering the total cost of ownership, Hitachi says.

With picture-by-picture functionality, the CP-WUX645 can simultaneously project images from two separate sources, side by side. The CP-WUX645 also offers complete connectivity, with an HDMI input allowing for the transmission of uncompressed digital audio/video streams. Other inputs include an RGB port, BNC, Component, S-Video and Composite connectivity.

The company said the CP-WUX645 and other Full HD Series projectors can be purchased using Hitachi’s new trade-in program, which allows customers to exchange Hitachi and competing brand projectors for potential cash back on purchases of new Hitachi projectors.
