RTI Chooses Eig Group as National Rep
Remote Technologies (RTI), a manufacturer of professional control solutions, has named the Eig Group as the company’s manufacturer representative in the United States.
Remote Technologies (RTI), a manufacturer of professional control solutions, has named the Eig Group as the company’s manufacturer representative in the United States. Under the agreement, the Eig Group will act as an extension of RTI’s sales force while working closely with industry consultants, engineers, and specifiers to promote RTI’s product line throughout the pro AV channel, according to RTI officials.
The Eig Group is a manufacturers’ rep firm that caters to the pro AV consulting and engineering community. The organization represents a select group of products and has 15 years of industry experience promoting these solutions to the consultants and engineers.
“In a short time, the Eig Group has earned an industrywide reputation for integrity and technical knowledge,” said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI, in a statement. “As we move forward with the release of our two-way and ZigBee enabled devices, the Eig Group’s established relationships and wealth of industry knowledge will be invaluable assets to help us further cement our market presence in the commercial space.”

RTI offers handheld and in-wall controllers and accessories. Products are programmed using RTI’s Integration Designer software, a Windows-based package that allows the entire line of RTI control products to be programmed from any PC.
