Sanyo Appoints New Northeast Sales Manager
Sanyo’s Presentation Technologies Group has named Carl Mandelbaum its new regional sales manager for the U.S. northeast territory.

Mandelbaum will handle a number of dealers, manufacturers, representative firms, and distributors within the northeast territory. He will also play an active role with business development and relationship building for industry associations, trade publications, and third-party suppliers, according to the company.
Mandelbaum has more than 20 years of experience in consumer and commercial electronics, previously working for Electrograph Systems, JVC Professional Products, and Mitsubishi Electronics.
“After years of working within the video display market, this seems like the most exciting time for myself and Sanyo to be involved in this growing market,” said Mandelbaum in a statement.
“It’s very exciting to have Carl join our team,” said Mark Holt, vice president and general manager for Sanyo Presentation Technologies. “We feel that his experience in the display industry, along with his long-time contacts in the area, will prove to be a major asset to Sanyo.”
