Atlona AT-HDCAT HDBaseT HDMI Distribution Amplifier

Atlona has announced the AT-HDCAT line of HDBaseT HDMI distribution amplifiers. Available in 2×4 and 2×8 configurations, the AT-HDCAT units extend HDMI sources to multiple displays over distances of up to 328ft. over a single category cable. In addition, the distribution amplifiers provide Power-over-Category cable capabilities for connected receivers. The units support video up to 1080p or 1920×1200, all lossy and lossless audio formats up to Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and passthrough of all 3D formats. HDMI loop-outs allow sources to be sent to multiple AT-HDCAT amplifiers and displays, while S/PDIF and analog audio loop-outs enable digital or stereo audio distribution to zone amplifiers or AV receivers within a rack.
