Aviom AllFrame

Aviom introduced the AllFrame multimodular I/O system at PLASA 2010. Designed for permanent installations such as theaters, schools, and conference centers, as well as touring and portable live sound applications, the AllFrame multimodular I/O system eliminates several expensive and labor-intensive stages of the signal chain while reducing cable clutter. Instead of necessitating soldering, terminating, and testing scores of analog connections; installing conduits; and pulling separate cables for each audio signal, the AllFrame requires only a single Cat-5e or fiber connection, plus DC power (which can also be supplied over the Cat-5e cable). At the center of the AllFrame I/O system is the F6 modular I/O frame, a multipurpose network frame with six field-configurable I/O card slots and integrated Cat-5e and fiber-optic connectivity.
