The AtlasIED AIX is a next-generation, AI-powered building and campus security platform that unifies threat detection, mass communication, and environmental monitoring into a single network infrastructure. Debuted in early 2026 as the successor to AtlasIED’s popular IPX series, it shifts the focus from purely reactive public address paging to smart, fully automated threat detection and incident prevention. It consolidates audio, video, flashers, and multi-sensing into a single network drop (PoE++) and includes full ONVIF compatibility. It’s modular, scalable infrastructure supports built-in expansion slots to add cameras, flashers, and specialized sensors overtime. Alongside the hardware endpoints, the platform introduces AIX RapidAlert, a wearable, badge-based panic alarm network designed for schools, healthcare settings, and corporate environments.
