Contributing Editor Bennett Liles talks with Michael Shoulson of DBS Audio in Coatsville, Pennsylvania about the company’s Meyer sound installation for Urban Outfitters done in a former steel bending shop in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. He discusses the challenges of controlling a number of different sound zones in a very reverberant environment with concrete floors, exposed steel beams and plenty of glass.
