Planar Hires Sales Manager for the Nordic, Baltic & Eastern Europe Regions
Planar is pleased to announce the addition of Magnus Widtfelt to the Planar European Sales Team. Based out of Stockholm, Sweden, Magnus will manage Planar’s sales efforts in the Nordic, Baltic and Eastern Europe regions. Magnus comes to Planar with a 20-year history in the large display and AV industry, previously working with the channel, as well as manufacturers including InFocus and LG.
Planar Welcomes Matt Wells as Sales Manager for the Heartland Territory
Planar is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Wells to the Planar North American Sales Team. Based out of St. Louis, Missouri, Matt will manage Planar’s sales efforts in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Matt has 14 years of experience in the AV business with a background in sales, customer service and system design in both the commercial and residential space. Matt comes to Planar after nine years at AVAD, an Ingram Micro company, where most recently he was an Account Manager for the Great Plains territory. While holding both inside and outside positions during this time, Matt gained a vast knowledge of this market, how to grow new business, as well as foster existing relationships. Prior to AVAD, he worked in sales for a large regional CE retailer.
Planar Hires Second Sales Manager for Mid-Atlantic Region/DC Metro Area
Planar is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Mazzeo to the Planar Sales Team. Based out of Maryland, Dave will manage Planar’s sales efforts in the DC Metro Area (Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and District of Columbia). Dave comes to Planar with over 25 years in the ProAV industry and brings a drive and commitment to supporting partners and clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
