Sonance
cofounders Scott Struthers and Geoff Spencer have resumed hands-on leadership in company management, and Larry Brown is on paid administrative leave.
“We look forward to focusing on strengthening our Sonance relationships and the Sonance brand,” says Struthers. “Our hands have always been at the company’s helm through the company’s board of directors, and now we will be resuming a more visible leadership role in company affairs. Geoff and I are excited about Sonance’s future and all the opportunities there are.”
Struthers says he and Spencer are communicating with dealers and will be participating in customer relations. Prior to appointing operating and executive officers to manage the company’s day-to-day affairs, Struthers was president and Spencer was vice president.
