Cinemateq Workshops Offer 16 Hours of Pure AV Know-How

cinemateq is offering interested specialist dealers one and two-day workshops on different aspects of the complex digital video & audio technology involved in home cinemas. Their goal is to raise know-how and advisory skills to the same high level which cinemateq’s engineers implement on a daily basis.
Experience shows that dealers with well-founded first hand specialized information (directly from the manufacturer) can develop practical and thus valuable knowledge with which they can maintain a reliable footing in the rapidly developing field of high-end technology and successfully advise their customers.
cinemateq workshops make it possible to broaden and extend the understanding of topics such as “audio & video” (i.e. independently of the manufacturer and to familiarize oneself with all cinemateq products in a separate course. This knowledge can then be utilized when selling or also to recognize potential errors and learn their solutions.

This course gives an overview of important basics reaching back to the historically interesting roots of cinema and video technology and culminating in today’s full digital video and audio home cinema. Well-founded information in its entirety forms the basis for advisory skills and business success in the age of digital media.
In-house workshop “cinemateq professional” – successful demonstration and sales
Complete cinemateq home cinema solutions and their convincing demonstration achieve their goal if all units are professionally installed and gel perfectly during demonstration. In addition to a clear guide to optimum video and audio setup a combination of specially selected film excerpts and optimum picture and sound settings in cinemateq reference cinemas really has an impact, based on the principle “quality sells.”
In-house workshop “cinemateq support” – having the edge through technical know-how
cinemateq products in support – don’t be afraid of technology: those interested in and adept at this workshop are tutored and receive practical training. Every aspect of technical service and support is spotlighted from firmware upgrade via RS232 control to the various upgrades to older devices. Competent advice on all analogue and digital interfaces plus further important details on MPEG artifacts and such things as the legal position on copyrights give you confidence to handle all customer inquiries.
