Cirrus Logic to Acquire Assets of Peak Audio

Cirrus Logic Inc. is acquiring the assets of Peak Audio Inc. As of press time, the expected close date is April 30, 2001. Peak Audio’s 18 technology and implementation experts will work for Cirrus. Jason Carlson, Cirrus Products Division vice president and general manager, will head Peak Audio, but the Peak office will remain in Boulder. See www.cirrus.com and www.peakaudio.com.
